A beautiful refurbishment in Ljubljana by the Slovenian firm OFIS architects. The apartment, dating from 1902, is located in the historic centre of the city in a 5 storey residential block, originally designed by architect C.M. Koch. I love the way the new, wooden, floor structure mixes with the vintage doors and the white walls. The simple and minimal interventions achieved to retain the art nouveau character of the apartment while adding a touch of freshness and modernity.
